Hour of Power class drew around 20 folks who were either really brave or foolish, but either way we had a blast. Class was held at Williamson Bikes and was free for all. To boot everyone walked away with: DVDS, Water bottles,Beer Openers,Gym Memberships, Massage Discounts.
