Death class last night, I took my class through dog chasing ball workout, nothing fancy just straight up hard intervals.
5min Easy Spin
15 sec. Interval
45 sec. Recover
Repeat 10x
5min Total Recovery
30 sec. Interval
1.5 min recovery
Repeat 5x
5min Total Recovery
1 min Interval
3min Recovery
Repeat 3x
Then we did it in reverse, this on top of a ride in the morning has me dragging like a dog who chased the ball to much.
