
You may have seen people dragging these things around, but they just didn't have anyone to show them how to get their heart rate jacked through the roof. Went to a training yesterday at Z4F to learn how to instruct people on the different ways to use the poles. Like I said yesterday you see these being used by lots of Germans in Europe, but even they tend to drag them around. I found it to be a great way to practice using upper body for XC Skiing it was also a nice way to make a walk into something a little more interesting and taxing yet not as intense as running. I am planning on using these things on my recovery days, but you can run and do plyos with them to if you want to make it really intense.
