10k Time Trial in 15:25 with hills

Wow, finally got through the holidays and getting back to it with a vengeance. Today I did a 10K time trial computrainer race at SBR. The race actually pays out cash for 1 2 3 places. Great computrainer course with rolling hills and a hard 1.5 mile climb to the finish. The time to beat was 15:25. I rode with my avg heart rate at 180bpm, 23.8 mile per hour. I did the course in 15:39 which is a big difference in the world of TT, but when they asked me if I specialize in short course stuff I just started laughing. I said we should do this after 200 miles that's more my style. Great fun however since there is no snow here in the Mad City.
