Getting it Together

Everyone keeps asking me what the heck is going on and the truth is I'm not sure, but I'm getting looked at to figure it out. I don't like boo-hooing about a bad season or my troubles, but for the last 3 months I have just felt like shit both training and racing. As soon as I put the power down I am blown. I am getting checked for Vitamin and Iron deficiencies as this is the most likely answer. I am trying to be philosophical about the situation like you can't reach peaks without valleys or the sun looks brighter after the darkness of night that kind of thing, but what I want is me back to before. My season for endurance seems to be closing, but I am hopeful that I can get some answers and get things together for cross. Thanks to everyone who has offered up nice words of encouragement, I appreciate it and hope to be drinking beer with you again real soon.

I've also been battling some body issues in the form of tendonitis and after not having any episodes I've not been able to ride for more than 40 minutes without pain but now I think I am on the upswing and should be okay for cheqfat or 12 hours of pitchblack. Good luck and get better soon.
