So its not all skiing, I am still getting on the trainer at least 3 times a week to keep things cooking for the season. If you are in the Madison area get downed to Zoned 4 Fitness every Tuesday at noon, this is the class and that I teach and suffer through

On the PT 3000, this day was 10 min warm up, 5 min Low Cadence 50-70 rpms, 5min Regular Cadence 80-100 rpms, 5min High Cadence 100+, 5min standing, 5min recovery between sets 10 min cool down, then stick a fork in me I am done.
