After a 15 hour week of skiing, weight training, and of course cycling this is how I rehab my legs for another week of more suffering. I just through my legs on our muscle stim unit, sit back and read the latest Auto Week, yes I am a car nut what of it. Sorry no pics of me and Lohan here.
