, gets to purchase passes that allow us to ski there. I know a lot of you will be pounding it out on a trainer and I will as well at least 2 times per week, but most of my time will be spent on the snow. There is no better way to build your aerobic base and increase your max vo

ski training. So when the snow starts flying get out there and slide around.
I don't know, cyclocross does a pretty good job of it too!
