Ok its been awhile which means
Im crazy busy, just making the transition to the ski season. We will start practice races this Tuesday at
Tyrol Basin, the group I belong to,
MadNorSki, gets to purchase passes that allow us to ski there. I know a lot of you will be pounding it out on a trainer and I will as well at least 2 times per week, but most of my time will be spent on the snow. There is no better way to build your aerobic base and increase your max
vo2 than
xc ski training. So when the snow starts flying get out there and slide around.

I don't know, cyclocross does a pretty good job of it too!
