Maybe Single Speed?

Forecast for Saturdays 6 hours of Gears calls for a high of 71 and possible thunderstorms for the start of the race. This kind of mayhem makes me want to pull the ss out if for no other reason than its so much easier to clean after the race. You know its 6 hours of racing and 3 days of tearing everything apart, cleaning and reassembling, but with the SS rigid its, 6 hours of racing stop at the car wash then drink beer. OK I never actually use the car wash, but you get the idea. They don't have a SS division for the 6 hour event, but maybe it would be cool to see if I could pull off a podium without it.
