Norway Weekend Workout

7 mile run, dig 2 ton of dirt and rock, rake yard, move 1 ton of brick, 2 hour ride, meet friends for Belgium recovery drinks. Sunday ski on fresh snow. Enjoy your workouts.

At first I was curious about the new recovery drink ... then I had to laugh as I realized you meant BEER ... LOL! Great name for it!
